Wildwood Anglers Demo Days
We thought our members might be interested in knowing about the following event at Wildwood Anglers in Sylvania, OH. Below is a description from Brad Dunkle at Wildwood:
Friday May 14th from 1-8p at the Fly Shop 5625 Main St. Sylvania, OH 43560
Come on up to The Fly Shop and put eyes and hands on new gear, tie some flies, hone your casting skills, eat some smoked meats, have a drink, and Catch some Sales!
Enjoy deep discounts on all the Patagonia, Simms, Rep your Water, Fishpond gear, etc. from Fall or last season. Plus, we will be offering additional in-store savings and discounts!
We will be raffling a Redington Minnow Kid's Fly Rod & Reel Combo, Fly Lines, Hats, Simms Shirts, WWA swag, Tying & Fishing Tools, Fly Boxes with flies, floatant and more! Every $50 spent in-store or on special orders earns you 3 raffle tickets!
CASTING CLINICS WITH IRON MAN BEN HUNTING!!
We will be offering 3, hour-long casting clinics with Ben Hunting, Fly Casting aficionado and Sales Rep for:

*Classes are $30 but that $30 is redeemable as store credit at the shop

FLY TYING DEMO WITH THE POWERFUL WAYNE SAMSON!!
Wayne's an expert fly-tier who learned under the tutelage of legendary tier Chris Helm..deer hair spinning boss status.
Wayne will be tying up some bugs and doing some instructional demonstrations throughout the day as well!
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Eric Thompson and Darren Washington, owners of FEEZ FUSIONS Sauces, will be smoking delicious meats in the back lot of the shop and providing free samples of their FEEZ Applebutter BBQ sauce!!
*Beverages provided by the shop
*We will have the back parking lot roped off with tables and tents set up for gear and food. The Yeti cooler will be full of cold beverages complements of the shop!
In summary it’s going to be a ridiculous day full of fly fishing, fly tying, free stuff, deep discounts, delicious food & beverages, and a ton of community! The Demo Day event provides anyone and everyone the opportunity to check out and test out the latest gear on the market, surrounded by great company and a jovial atmosphere. Lots of wonderful, like-minded people all coming out to support the shop...what more could one ask for!
